In order for the Insight Chromebook student to show full display name, the sysadmin has to grant Insight app the appropriate permission in a Google domain. This can be done using the Google Admin console by performing the following steps:

1. Log in to the Google Admin console.
2. Navigate to the Settings > Security. The Security page displays.
3. Click “Advanced settings” on the Security page.
4. Click “Manage API client access”. Options for managing API client access display.
5. Copy the following string and paste it into the Client Name field
   • 949019877784-k41abmd9qkdvlntks2hb354s4e57eoas.apps.googleusercontent.com
6. Copy the following string and paste it into the One or More API Scopes field.
   • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/plus.login,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
7. Click “Authorize”.
