Faronics is aware of issues with installing the latest release of Deep Freeze on systems running Windows 10 2004 (OS Build 19041) This issue generally presents as an error indicating that the Deep Freeze product cannot be installed on the client machines due to the pending installation of Windows Updates despite the system reporting as having all the updates installed and up to date.
Faronics is currently in contact with Microsoft to review this issue and determine the cause of this issue.
