Update - Our developers have confirmed that this issue is related to systems that did not have the latest security and critical updates installed to support updated changes to how drivers are now signed.
Customers installing the updated versions of Deep Freeze on systems running Windows 10 will need to ensure that all updates are properly installed on the client systems before installing this 8.61 update on them.
At this time Faronics has been made aware of issues with the installation of the Deep Freeze 8.61 release that we released a short time ago on systems running Windows 7 64bit.
Our development team is looking into this issue and at this time we recommend that customers hold off on updating any machines running the 64bit version of Windows 7 with the latest version of Deep Freeze at this time.
