Faronics is aware of reports from some customers indicating that they are seeing an expiry notification on iOS devices managed by Deep Freeze Cloud MDM.
This can be seen in the device settings as shown below;
While this does indicate that the certificate used during the enrollment process is expired this does not impact the ability of the MDM platform to manage client devices.
While this is a cosmetic issue it is being investigated to see what can be done to address this. Customers who are concerned about the display of the expired certificate can reach out to support@faronics.com and open a support ticket on this matter.
