Our operations team has let us know that some customers may be having issues with enrolling iOS devices into the Deep Freeze Cloud MDM. At this time the issue appears to be affecting customers logging into www1.deepfreeze.com.
If you are having issues please let the support team know (email@example.com) so that we can open a support ticket for you and update you on the status of this issue as we get more information back from our team.
Update 7:15pm August 1, 2018 - Development is investigating reports of this issue affecting users on www2.deepfreeze.com and are working on addressing the issue as quickly as possible.
Update 11:03pm August 1, 2018 - Development is informing us that the issues are resolved and enrollment of the iOS devices on all servers should function without issue now.
