Update : As of about 1:00pm Pacific Time the issues accessing the Deep Freeze service should be resolved. The team is still monitoring the service for issues and will be actively monitoring the service to ensure there are no further interuptions.
We are aware of reports from some customers indicating that they are having problems accessing our Deep Freeze Cloud service. Our operations team is looking into this issue and are working to resolve the problems.
