We have been made aware of a number of our customers that are seeing issues with the Deep Freeze Cloud at this time. Or engineers are looking into the matter and are working to resolve the issues that are being reported. If you are currently seeing issues where machines are not responding to commands, are reporting an incorrect status, or any other issues please contact support@faronics.com with your details so that we can get a ticket in place to update you on the status of the issues as we hear back from our teams working on the issue.
