Our team has identified and resolved the issue that was causing issues with accessing the Deep Freeze Cloud Service, customers should now be able to access the platform. If you are stil having issues please contact support@faronics.com and we will be happy to assist further.

We are currently investigating reports of issues with the Deep Freeze Cloud services. Customers are reporting slow load times on a number of areas of the service. At this time our operations team is looking at the issue to determine the cause of the problem and to resolve that issue. We will post further updates as more information is available.
If you are currently seeing issues please toss a quick email to support@faronics.com so that we can track incidents of this and provide further details as to the scope of the issue to our customers.
