Deep Freeze Mac 6.2 Released

Faronics is happy to announce the release of Deep Freeze Mac 6.2.

This update introduces support for macOS High Sierra, however it only does so for systems running the HPFS+ file system on the boot volume.

We are working on providing support for APFS based volumes in a future release of Deep Freeze Mac. We will provide updates on this portal as updates become available, and if you would like to be informed of the release please reach out to the Support team (support@faronics.com) and let us know.

Additionally, changes to macOS require user consent to load kernel extensions, such as those used in Deep Freeze Mac. This is only required for machines that are not currently managed by an MDM solution.
