Update: Our operations team has indicated that the issue is resolved and they are monitoring the situation further. At this time customers should be seeing the MDM operating normally.
We have been made aware of issues where customer devices are not being properly displayed in the Deep Freeze Cloud MDM solution. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as we move towards a resolution.
At this time we do not recommend that customers take actions in the console to attempt to resolve the issue on their own as this could impact the ability to control devices that are already enrolled in the platform.
