Update: Our developers have informed us that they are working on implementing fixes to address the issue preventing access to the Deep Freeze Cloud. Most customers should be seeing the issue resolved at this time. if you are still having issues please reach out and let us know via a support ticket.
Our developers have made us aware that they are in the process of investigating an issue with the Deep Freeze Cloud service. This issue appears to be impacting the systems that handle the services for our international customers and can result in customers seeing a message that the service is not available when they attempt to reach the management portal.
We will provide updates here as we get details back from our developers.
