Deep Freeze does not properly freeze an Azure Virtual Machine

When installing Deep Freeze Server Standard / Enterprise on a Virtual Machine hosted on Microsoft Azure customers may note that the virtual machine does not enter a frozen state. 

This is currently a limitation in the way that Deep Freeze Server Standard and Enterprise interface with the devices on the machine. If you are having this issue please contact the technical support team via email to support@faroncis.com so that we can raise a support ticket on your behalf.
