The Faronics support team is currently tracking an issue that can result in a Deep Freeze Enterprise deployment generating a higher than expected level of traffic on a network, impacting the performance of the network. This issue only affects Deep Freeze Enterprise 7.7 when workstations are configured in the LAN mode for network communication.
While we work on getting a resolution to the issue into our customers hands this issue can be worked around by setting the Deep Freeze clients to operate in a LAN/WAN mode. Update October 11, 2013 - This issue has been resolved in the 7.71 release, avaliable now.
