Customers running Deep Freeze in VMWare Horizon view do not see the client machines as available for use.

Customers running VMWare Horizon View and Deep Freeze may run into an issue where the client VM's will not show as available in the Horizon View Console.

Customers may see an entry similar to the one below in the logs for the Horizon View Client;

2018-12-17T16:48:45.177-04:00 INFO (0644-08F4) <JavaBridge> [wsnm_jmsbridge] wsnm_jms died, restarting in a minute

Running the following command will restore communication between the client and the Horizon View Console.

vdmadmin -A -d desktop-pool-name -m name-of-machine-in-pool -resetkey
