I cannot close tabs in IE9 when using WINSelect in Kiosk mode.

When using WINSelect in Kiosk mode users may be unable to close tabs that have been opened during the user session.

This is a known issue that is related to changes that where required to make it possible to prevent the closing of the IE window during the user session in IE9. At this time there is no workaround for this issue other than to downgrade to a previous version of Internet Explorer.
