Websocket Connection enabled for all Deep Freeze Cloud Customers

This week we have made changes to the Deep Freeze Cloud to enable WebSocket communication protocol for all the customers in the Deep Freeze Cloud.


This change only impacts a  small number of customers who have been using accounts on our platform that were created before the release of the WebSocket functionality in Mar 2020. 


Customers who previously did not have WebSockets enabled will now see additional functionality around OS Image Deployment, a new Applications Page, a new Windows Update page, as well as the ability to use Remote Connect. Some of this functionality is not available at all subscription tiers so if you have further questions on this please feel free to submit a support ticket through this portal and we will be happy to provide further details.
