Issue
Some customers may experience issues with Microsoft Outlook after moving a user profile to a thawed location using Data Igloo. The error message will indicate that the Outlook Data file cannot be configured and will display a message.
This issue occurs when the profile is moved because Microsoft Outlook appears to be using a fixed path to locate the Outlook Data files as opposed to a relative one.
Resolution
To resolve this issue customers will need to recreate the user's Outlook Profile after moving the user profile using Data Igloo. Instructions on this process can be found on the Microsoft Website here;
