Due to some network changes we have had to update a number of our DNS records, and one of the services that is impacted by this change is our ability to automatically activate Deep Freeze online. This should sort out in about 24 to 48hrs once the DNS updates finish taking effect. In the meantime please feel free to contact activation@faronics.com and we can process a manual activation of your product for you.
