Problems with 2FA & other email based notifications. - RESOLVED

UPDATE: Our operations team has resolved the issue and emails should now be going out properly, if you are still having issues please contact the support team and let us know.


Our operations team has informed us that we are currently seeing issues with the Deep Freeze Cloud and Faronics Deploy services not being able to send out emails to customers. This includes 2FA tokens sent via email, alerts, and any signup or password reset emails.


The team is working to address this issue as quickly as possible and we will keep you posted with further updates as they become available.
