Our developers and operations team have indicated that the issue with our upstream provider is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation for any further disruption but at this time we anticipate that all services are back to normal operational levels.

Faronics is currently aware of reports regarding issues with the Deep Freeze Cloud and Faronics Deploy services showing managed systems as offline and being unable to perform actions on the client devices.
Our developers and operations teams have identified issues with one of our upstream service providers that are creating this issue and have engaged with the appropriate support teams to get this issue addressed.
We will provide further updates here as we receive them from our developers and operations teams.
