RESOLVED -- Issues reported with Deep Freeze Cloud and Faronics Deploy

Our developers and operations team have indicated that the issue with our upstream provider is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation for any further disruption but at this time we anticipate that all services are back to normal operational levels.

Reported problems with enabling functions in Faronics Antivirus

Our developers have informed us that they have pushed updates to production for our on-premise versions of Antivirus Software. If you are managing the Antivirus software through Faronics Core you can download the update here;

Faronics Antivirus 4.35 Released for Faronics Core and Deep Freeze Console

Faronics is happy to announce the availability of Faronics Antivirus 4.35 for our customers running the software through Faronics Core and the Deep Freeze Enterprise Console.

 

This update incorporates a number of changes to address compatibility issues with the upcoming releases of Windows 10 and Windows 11 (22H1 and later). We recommend that all customers running the Faronics Antivirus software implement this update as it will be required to avoid problems with future releases

Issues reported with Faronics Deploy - 9/12/2022

Updated: 7:59 AM 9/12/2022 - Our operations team informs us that the issue is resolved and regular access to the platform has been restored.

Our Support team has been aware of issues that customers are seeing while attempting to access Faronics Deploy, our operations team has been informed and are working on resolving this isuse.

We will post an update here as a notification once this issue is resolved.

Issues with application deployment through Faronics Deploy

On August 30th we were made aware of a set of customer machines running Faronics Deploy that experienced a condition where all the applications that the program can potentially manage were being installed on client devices.

Update  7-05-2022 - Our development team has informed us that the root cause of the issue has been identified and a fix has been put in place to address the issue that would cause this to occur. Updates for Edge are now once again being made available through Faronics Deploy and Deep Freeze Cloud.
