Update Monday Oct 23, 7:58am (Pacific Time) - Our team has restored the services affected by these issues, we are continuing to monitor for issues. If you are experiencing any issues please let the support team know via email to support@faronics.com.

At this time Faronics Labs, our Faronics Product Activation Service, and a few other portions of our web based services are experiencing issues. At this time customers will have issues with downloading updates from Faronics Labs, activating products online, and with some links embedded in the Faronics products themselves. 

Our teams are working on the issue and we expect to see the problems resolved soon. If you are having issues please contact the support team (support@faronics.com) and they will look into ways to assist you while we are waiting for the services to be restored.
