Problems with WINSelect and Google Chrome

We have been recently informed of some issues with WINSelect and Google Chrome that prevents Google Chrome from functioning properly once WINSelect is installed.

Deep Freeze cloud - Problems accessing service. UPDATED Sept 6, 2018 @ 9:10AM

Update: All Service are online and operating normally at this time. If you are having any issues accessing the platform please let us know ASAP.

Our support team has currently been made aware that some of our customers are reporting issues with accessing the Deep Freeze Cloud website. Our operations team is looking into this issue now and we will provide further updates as we get more details.

Update on Deep Freeze Mac and support for APFS

As our macOS users are aware Apple introduced a new file system with the release of macOS High Sierra and made it the default file system for several types of systems during the upgrade process. This has caused much difficulty for users of Deep Freeze since Deep Freeze did not support APFS at the time since it is a much different file system than what came before.

Resolved : Issue where computers where thawed in the Deep Freeze Cloud

This morning a fix has been pushed to our production servers to address our previously reported issue where workstations could not be protected (frozen) using Deep Freeze Cloud. As previously mentioned this issue was due to our software incorrectly believing that the workstations license had expired on the client machine.
