Faronics Deep Freeze Products and VIAware presentation software.

Faronics is aware of incompatibility between VIAWare from Kramer Electronics and the Deep Freeze line of products. 


When Deep Freeze is installed and the user attempts to launch the VIAware product it will fail to start with error code 0x0000142 displayed. 

Faronics has been informed that this is a known behavior of the VIAware product and that Kramer Electronics does not support running their VIAWare software on systems running Deep Freeze. At this time there is no workaround or solution to this issue.
