I am having problems with my Citrix connections when WINSelect is installed.

Versions of WINSelect prior to version 7.43 could have problems with launching applications from a Citrix server. Version 7.43 resolves this issue and Faronics reccomends that users running Citrix and WINSelect update to the latest version of the software.
